     Upon receipt of your documents, routine service is attempted within 3-5 days.  Next day service is available. Priority service is attempted within the first 24 hours of receipt of documents. 

      The fee charged is a per address rate.  If service is attempted at an alternate address (prior approval only) then an additional charge will be added based on the location of service. 

     Our rates are flat fee.  There are no mileage charges, no additional notary charges, no per attempt charge.  We will  make 5 attempts to serve your documents unless we verify the address as a “Non-Serve.”  Our attempts will be made at different times of the morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend.

     We are appointed by the Sheriffs in Duval and St. Johns counties, and have the ability to execute service in Clay and Nassau counties without the need for a Motion and Order.

     There is no need to search for a company to handle your service of process needs outside of the Jacksonville area. We can service all of your investigative and process needs.  We pick up, serve, and file affidavit of return, all for listed fees.  You can submit your documents to us via U.S. Mail, express delivery or we can pick up from your location.  Once received, your documents are dispatched to one of our professional servers for completion of service.
