Sean Mulholland attended the NALI national Conference in Las Vegas on June 17-19,2010. An excellent presentation on “False Confessions” was provided. A informative session on the use and abuse of Tasers also known as ECDs Electronic Control Devices,was presented including a demonstration. (Sean did not volunteer to be Tased.)
